Exceptional

For me it appeared to be the best place to stay in Vienna. I felt like at home, absolutely comfortable and relaxed. Max and Annette, who I communicated with, do their best for guests. They allowed me to make an earlier check-in and then leave my luggage after check-out, which made my days in Vienna even more wonderful. Everything is arranged with taste, love and style, the breakfast room is amazing, the bathroom is a dream, the bed is super comfortable. I don't know what could have been done better. I'd like to come back, for sure. Thanks a lot for these wonderful days!

Fabulous Value Close to Vienna City Center

My room was updated and spiffy clean with a large bathroom which had heated floors; this was great after spending a long day exploring the Viennese Christmas markets. Check in was easy.

It is at least a good 20 minute walk to the edge of the old town - beware if you don't like to do a lot of walking, . There is not a closet to store clothes and luggage. Room is great for one person - but too small for two.

One of the best options for staying in Vienna. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location, very comfortable, quiet, and clean room, TV with many channels and fast Wi-Fi, very well-equipped bathroom and toilet, excellent value for money, hassle-free access to the room (based on a code system), high professionalism of service and hosts, easy contact with the hosts. Excellent room design. Opportunity to use a communal dining area equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, comfortable seating, refrigerator (in the corridor).

Great location, just few stops away from all the tourist attractions.

At first, I was a little bit concerned about the location. It was in a really really quite place with not much people. The city scene was not pleasant, just my personal point of view. But I realized that I am safe and convenient. Nothing really matters anyway.

Great place. Would stay again.

Access codes to enter and for each room were sent to us before our arrival and we found the property and rooms to be very clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen was great with plenty of quality crockery and cutlery for all to share. And a dishwasher to clean it! The microwave came in handy but the best thing was the coffee machine with free pods. There was also tea bags there for us to enjoy. Clean air conditioned bedrooms and good sized ensuite bathrooms.

A great hotel in Vienna

Great room and bathroom. The Nespresso machine was a surprising bonus. Great location outside of the heart of the city, too. Check-in was very easy, even without an on-site reception.

It is very clean and it has good space. The coffee area is a very nice touch.
